Senior Quantitative Analyst, Quantitative Research
Ming Ouyang is the Senior Quantitative Analyst at Windhaven Investment Management, Inc. He is responsible for quantitative research to support investment decision making, enhancement and risk governance of Windhaven’s Proprietary Model and analytic support to the firm’s marketing efforts. He joined Windhaven with over 16 years of experience in traditional and alternative investments with emphasis in strategic and tactical asset allocations. Prior to joining Windhaven, Ming served as a Senior Vice President at Parker Global Strategies where he developed and managed quantitative allocation strategies for hedge funds. His responsibilities have ranged from systems development and quantitative research to portfolio management. Ming is also a well-established mathematician and has taught at several premier universities in the U.S.
Ming earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Ohio State University. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
